Neil Armstrong was the first person to walk on the moon, and Eugene Cernan was the last. In addition to this incredible distinction, and having served in the Navy, both men also share the same collegiate alma mater. Armstrong supposedly entered this university at age 17 after turning down MIT, and became the most famous baritone player ever when he marched in their marching band.
