The 2014 film "Er ist Wieder Da" (Look Who's Back) examined a world in which (spoiler!) Adolf Hitler comes back and thrives in contemporary German politics. The actor who portrays Hitler shares his first name with what protagonist who was the first Charles Dickens protagonist to have his first name in a title (in other words, it ain't "The Pickwick Papers").
