As seen in this slightly redacted commemorative program cover, the Chicago Cubs retired uniform number 31 in honor of two different people on the same day in 2009. One #31 will be joined by Larry Walker as the only Canadians enshrined in Cooperstown, and the Hall of Fame plaque of the other #31 bears no logo. Name either player.
