I'll accept +/- 2, either way. Being generous ... assuming one could actually remember being 4 years old, which is possible, how many living Americans (as of 22 October 2016) would remember the Cub winning the World Series (meaning they were 4 years old or older on 14 October 1908, according to the Gerontology Research Group).
