Quiz Description

Many members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame played their final season in an unfamiliar uniform after spending their entire careers up to that point with only one other team. Given the player's name, his position, and the team with whom he spent all but his last season, name his final team (which will be different from the team listed in each question). City OR nickname will be accepted; however, the city MUST be the one where the team was located at the time the player was with them. All of the answers are NFL teams; that is, no tricks with CFL, USFL, WFL, etc. Also, a team may be the answer to more than one question.
