THIS DIRECTOR directed The Blues Brothers. He also directed "Animal House."

The story begins as Jake is released from THIS PRISON outside of Chicago. It's even part of his nickname. It is no longer a prison as it shut down in 2002.

All throughout the film, a mysterious woman keeps trying to kill Jake and Elwood. We find out later it's the jilted finance of Elwood as portrayed by THIS ACTRESS who herself was riding a wave of popularity in film competing with "The Blue Brothers."

While driving through the mall, Jake takes a moment to notice THIS CARMAKER has their 1980 models out early that year.

As Jake and Elwood began to put the band back together, they found most of them in the Ramada Room at THIS MOTEL near O'Hare (you can still visit it, but under a different name. Alas, there's no music lounge).

The head of the [answer to Q8] was played by THIS ACTOR known for his roles on "Laugh-In" as "The Poet" and as diminutive country star Haven Hamilton in the "Nashville."

In a way to test out the organ in his music shop, Ray Charles begins to perform "Shake Ya Tailfeather." In the song, he directs the people outside to perform ten dance moves. NAME ANY THREE. [Note: the title of the song does not count among the ten.]

While they were from Illinois and they were Nazis, the "Illinois Nazis" depicted in the film actually went by THIS FIVE WORD NAME.

Much to the snickering delight of every 8th grade sense of humor then and since, Elwood knew by the sudden darkness in downtown Chicago (sunglasses aside) he knew he was on THIS SPECIFIC STREET. The purpose of this street was to allow for deliveries without causing major traffic issues and act as an "express route."

Coin flip time: Which number is greater: the total number of miles to Chicago at the end of the film, or the total number of cars wrecked in the entire film, a world record at the time?

Near the end of the film, a car of THIS MAKE AND MODEL was dropped from a helicopter 2000' above Chicago. It was for the scene involving the end of the Illinois Nazis.

As that car was falling from the sky, THIS SONG was playing. During it, one Nazi professed his love to another seconds before it slammed into (and through) the street.

While the band is at Bob's Country Bunker (where they play Country AND Western) pretending to be the Good Ol' Boys, they win over the rowdy audience by playing the theme song to THIS TV SHOW.

Then....to keep the crowd even more pacified, the Blues Brothers finish their set with THIS COUNTRY HIT. Hillary Clinton, circa 1992, would have been proud.

When Jake and Elwood arrive at Aretha Franklin's Soul Food Café, Jake requests THIS ODD FOOD ORDER. The cook knew immediately who it was at that point.

Seconds before the Bluesmobile crashed through the wall of the Toys R' Us, a customer asks if they have the doll of THIS MUPPET, who is voiced by the actor who played the corrections officer at the start of the film.
