On February 20, 2003, a fire broke out at a music venue called The Station in Rhode Island. The fire took place as THIS BAND was seven minutes into their set when an "egg crate" soundproofing caught fire during a pyrotechnics show. 100 people were killed.

Most household smoke detectors, especially the "ion chamber" variety, contain a very small amount of THIS ELEMENT.
