Quiz Description

Opened on October 1, 1940, the Pennsylvania Turnpike still bills itself as "America's First Superhighway". Spanning the whole of Pennsylvania from its borders with Ohio and New Jersey, the Turnpike drastically sped up transportation from one end of the Commonwealth to the other. This quiz will test your knowledge about the turnpike itself as well as some of the places and things along the road.
