This striker transferred to Juventus after winning the 2013-2014 Champions League with Real Madrid, and in the 2014-15 semi-finals of that same competition, he haunted his former club by scoring 2 goals to lead his current club to a 3-2 aggregate win. He went on to score Juventus' only goal in their 3-1 loss to Barcelona in the 2015 Champions League final.
