President Richard Nixon signed the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 into law, creating THIS RAIL FREIGHT COMPANY from the former freight lines such as the Penn Central. It's name is a portmanteau and it was absorbed by the answers to Q1 and Q6 in the 1990s.
