This is displayed in percentage points. It is highly dependent on the context in which a player played. An Elite reliever (due to their high stress innings) on a contending team will have far more opportunities to impact their team's World Series win expectancy than a player on a last place team that is eliminated from posteason contention. Note that it is relative to average, so a 0 cWPA player is an average player.
