Walkable State Borders by DanielO

Question 5

The White Horse Inn straddles the border between STATE 1 and STATE 2. When it operated, it offered patrons the best of both worlds. A patron could purchase food and drink in STATE 1, which has no state sales tax of any kind, and then take it, without even leaving the building, to STATE 2 to engage in activities that would be illegal in STATE 1.
