Either of two answers is acceptable. Two players taken in the bottom half of the first round (but before the supplemental first round) had made at least one all-star team through 2017. Both were drafted by teams in the same media market, one as a pitcher from Vanderbilt and the other as an infielder from St. John's. Name either of these all-stars.
