Arizona Diamondbacks by KearnsT

Question 13

On December 11, 2012, the Diamondbacks were part of a three-team trade with Cincinnati and Cleveland. That trade involved players who now play for four different teams Arizona might face in the playoffs (Cleveland, New York, Houston, Washington).

The Diamondbacks dealt three pitchers (Bryan Shaw, Trevor Bauer, and Matt Albers) to the Cleveland Indians, who in turn dealt a first baseman and a left-handed reliever to the Diamondbacks. The Reds then sent a shortstop to the Diamondbacks. Name any ONE of these three players received by the Diamondbacks in this trade, two of whom now play for other playoff teams.

Lars Anderson, Tony Sipp, and Didi Gregorius
