In the spirit of the season let's try something different. According to "The Christmas Song" (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire), why would the phrase "Merry Christmas to you" NOT be offered to Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis' son Dmitri Portwood Kutcher, nor to actress Betty White?
They are outside the age range (kids 1 to 92)
