Between 1976 and 1977, American International Pictures released three films that shared titles with the works of H.G. Wells, but differed liberally from Wells original work. Identify any one of these three films that were all pretty equally bad: One starred Michael York as a shipwreck survivor opposite Burt Lancaster, one starred Joan Collins as a real estate agent/con artist trying to sell property down near sugar country in the South which is now menaced by large insects, while the third sees tourists to a Canadian island threatened by giant animals, including rats, who have fed on the title chemical.
