Founded by Truett Cathy as the Dwarf House (which is still open) in Hapeville in 1946, this privately owned restaurant chain is famously never opened on Sunday, which is usually the day everyone craves their food the most. They also sponsor the annual Peach Bowl (and for a short time dropped the Peach before bringing it back).
