If suicide is painless, this quiz should be as well.

This was the FIRST NAME of Col. Potter's wife back in Missouri. She was "played" by a photo of Harry Morgan's wife, Eileen (some say it was Spring Byington, a former co-star from a program Harry was on back in the late 50s. When she died of cancer in 1971, Harry paid tribute by making her "Mrs. Potter").
This was the FIRST NAME of Col. Blake's wife back in Illinois. Radar once commented that she had "an amazing body," a line that got some raised eyebrows from Hawkeye and Henry Blake.
(FIRST AND LAST NAME REQUIRED): THIS ACTOR, the father of one of the cast members, played Dr. Anthony B. Borelli, a visiting consultant. In his first episode, he cannot take the stress of a MASH and winds up drinking heavily before a major surgery only he has performed. (In the photo below, he is the one sitting at the bar to Hawkeye's right).
When General MacArthur plans to visit the 4077th, they go all out, including Klinger, who dresses up as THIS OBJECT. He gets a salute from Mac as his convoy simply drives through and never stops.
The 15th episode of M*A*S*H is named after THIS CHARACTER. Based on a childhood friend of Hawkeye, he "dies" at the end of the episode by jumping out of a helicopter with no parachute, but not before "signing away" his Army pension to Sister Teresa's orphanage. (Last name is sufficient).
This was the name of the HEAD COOK in the Mess Hall of the 4077th. Played by Jeff Maxwwell, is last name is very similar to that of a noted late 19th Century composer (we only need the first name)
This was the RANK AND LAST NAME of the head of the motor pool at the 4077th. He was played by GW "you may remember me from Police Academy" Bailey.
In "A War for All Seasons," Major Winchester attacks the movie screen with a knife as newsreel scenes from THIS SPORTING EVENT play. It cost him a lot of money as a result of his foolish betting alongside Klinger.
In the episode "Last Laugh," THIS ACTOR had a guest role as BJ's friend Capt. Leo Bardonaro. As a final joke for Baronaro sending a joke bill from a Tokyo hotel, BJ sends him off in a gassed up Jeep (where the only thing gassed up were BJ, Potter and Hawkeye when they last rode in it!). He's perhaps known for escaping a nuclear attack on Baltimore at the last moment.
In one episode, Hawkeye and BJ try to get a copy of THIS FILM, condemned by the Catholic Legion of Decency for its "unacceptably light attitude towards seduction, illicit sex, chastity, and virginity" (the fact it was released 19 days before the end of the Korean War makes it near impossible for the film to have been shown anywhere in Korea, but M*A*S*H was never known for continuity).
THIS TV WRITER AND PRODUCER helped create, produce, write (for most) and direct (for some) of the episodes of M*A*S*H.
In the penultimate episode, the 4077th created a time capsule. THIS ITEM was chosen to represent those who arrived as boys and left as men.
