Two answers required. Two U.S. states split their electoral votes by Congressional district rather than a winner-take-all approach. Name both of those states.

Two answers required. In addition to DC, 14 winner-take-all states have been won by the Democratic presidential candidate each year since (at least) 2000. Those include four on the Pacific Ocean and eight on the Eastern Seaboard, plus which two Central Time Zone states?

Two answers required. Twenty winner-take-all states have gone Republican each time since (at least) 2000. Of those states, Texas has by far the most electoral votes (as of 2020). Two other states in this category have at least 10 EV. Name both of those states.
