Like it says...this quiz covers characters from "A Song of Ice and Fire" (GRRM's books, not Archmaeser Ebrose's) that didn't make it to the adaptation.

The story of Griff (Jon Connington) and Young Griff (f(Aegon) Targaryen) is missing entirely from the series. This means what first member of f(Aegon)'s kingsguard, with a less than ferocious sigil, isn't in the show either?
Indeed, Tyrion's entire journey on the "Shy Maid" is recast with Jorah, which means which character, who loses games of cyvasse, and as a result, secrets to Tyrion, doesn't make it?
Jorah does eventually capture Tyrion is Essos in the books as well, however. When he does, they are joined by what other dwarf, who initially tries to kill Tyrion?
Jorah, Tyrion and the answer to question #3 are later taken as slaves and sold in the market in Yunkai to what wise master?
Answer #4 outbids what commander of the Second Sons for the trio? He has a "drop" (or possibly two) or Targaryen blood in him, which may explain why Dany's dragons are fond of him.
The Kingsmoot on GOT is significantly shortened, meaning what Lord Commander of the Iron Fleet does not appear to oppose his older brother?
Asha Greyjoy does appear in the show, even if her name is wrong. She's portrayed as bisexual in GOT, which book-Asha is not. What character, one of Asha's champions at the Kingsmoot, is the only one we see in bed with her? In Galbart Glover's bed, no less.
There are a lot of Martells missing from the show. One is Quentyn, who journeys to Essos to seek Dany's hand in marraige and ends up joining the Windblown. Name either of his constant companions (the ones who survive) while in Essos.
Quentyn's sister Arianne doesn't make it to the show either. Thus, there's no appearance for this rogue "Darkstar", the Knight of High Hermitage, a member of the cadet branch of a famous Dornish house. Hard to say whether that works out better for Myrcella.
Although three of Arianne's half-cousins, the Sand Snakes (the ones who aren't Ellaria's), do make an (unfortunate) appearance in the show, one of them is still left out. This Sand Snake is not in Dorne at all, and is probably in Oldtown, an acolyte to Archmaester Marwyn.
Although there are plenty of Lannisters is GOT, they still couldn't quite get to them all. This sharp-tongued cousin of the main Lannisters was appointed Warden of the West by Cersei, and briefly led the siege on Riverrun...in the books, at least.
Speaking of Cersei, her intrigues include the services of three brothers of questionable knighthoods and loyalties. All three of them end up sleeping with her, but only this brother is appointed to the Kingsguard.
