I-90 passes through two state capitals and ends in a third. Name ALL THREE capital cities.

Just after mile marker 279 in Montana, I-90 crosses the Madison River; about 1.5 miles northwest of that, it crosses the Jefferson River. If one were to get off at exit 278, it would only take about five minutes to drive to the point a couple miles north of the interstate where the Madison and Jefferson converge to form what other river?

Just outside downtown Cleveland, I-90 features an abrupt 90-degree turn directly south of Burke Lakefront Airport where the advisory speed drops all the way to 35 miles per hour. Despite various signage and rumble strips, the high frequency of crashes on this section of the highway has earned it what nickname – hardly unique to Cleveland and probably more notable for its association with a song describing a street race on Sunset Boulevard?
