Identify this 1988 alien invasion film which sees the invading aliens arrive in a ship that kind of looks like a circus tent.
Which 1959 abomination opens with narration that begins "Greetings my friends! We are all interested in the future, For that is where you and I are going to spend the rest of our lives!". A large percent of the funding for this film came from Baptist ministers who thought they could turn the profits from this film into films based on stories from the Bible.
This film was so bad that it was picked as the star feature in Mystery Science Theater 3000: the Movie. The first few chapters of the book this film is based on discuss the wonderful interociter, a multi-function machine used for communication and piloting spaceships, among other uses. The main plot of this film revolves around a war between Zagons and Metalunans. Identify this 1955 film that is best remembered for its insect-like mutants.
The plot of this 1966 film revolves around a family kidnapped while traveling through rural Texas by a polygamous, pagan cult. This film was produced by fertilizer salesman Harold Warren after making a bet with a Hollywood writer, that making a film was so easy, that even he could do it. This disaster of a film featured six current or future Oscar-winning actors who had or would win a total of 8 acting Oscars. This 1978 film was Irwin Allen's second-to-last film. The title collective is lured over the Gulf of Mexico where oil slicks are set on fire. Olivia de Havilland's second to last film, identify this Michael Caine and Henry Fonda film where Houston is rescued from the title collection which likely came from South America.
This 1984 film had a working title of Teenage Mutant Comet Zombies, and is likely the most notable starring role for Star Trek: Voyager's Robert "Chakotay" Beltran. Catherine Mary Stewart plays a MAC-10 toting, Tempest playing valley girl in which film that saw most of humanity reduced to dust, and most of the rest reduced to flesh-eating zombies after passing through the tail of a dirty snowball?
Is it a comedy or gothic horror? Perhaps only director Roger Corman and writer Richard Matheson will ever know for sure. This film starred horror royalty Vincent Price as Dr. Erasmus Craven and Boris Karloff as Dr. Scarabus with Peter Lorre and some unknown actor named Jack Nicholson playing father and son. Identify this early Nicholson film from 1963 based on a classic piece of American literature.
This film likely ranks as DeForest Kelly's most notable non-Star Trek feature film, where he played a college administrator opposite a rancher played by Rory Calhoun (you know, the person who's always standing and walking). In an attempt to combat an infestation, they try hormone therapy, but after a little girl switches the experimental and control subjects (this isn't a social science experiment ... real scientists actually need those!), the experimental test subject escapes creating what might be the cuddliest giant kaiju in film history. Identify this 1972 film about menacing, giant rabbits.
Not wanting his Trek co-star to get all of the glory and money in the 1970s "man vs. deadly animals" genre, Canadian legend William Shatner tried his luck with this 1977 disaster that at least involved frightening animals. In this film, the Shat plays a vet who discovers animals dying of large amounts off venom, and an arachnologist who tells him it is likely because of the evils of pesticides killing off the title menace's natural prey. Identify this film that ends with the town of Verde Valley, Arizona encased in an enormous web (we just have to assume that Shat lives, because living in a world without him would be a real horror!)
This 1997 film earned 11 Golden Raspberry nominations, with Jon Voight earning two, one for worst actor, and one for worst screen couple which he shared with the title creature. Ice Cube, Eric Stoltz and Owen Wilson co-starred in which film about a documentary film crew taken hostage to help in the hunt for a giant snake; a film starring the current lady friend of A-Rod, Jennifer Lopez.
Noah Hathaway and Michael Moriarity play Harry Potter, Jr. and Harry Potter, Sr. in this film from 1986. Sonny Bono plays a creepy porn star-like bachelor, and much as in real life, Brad Hall and Julia Louis-Dreyfus play a couple, though she ends up being transformed into a nymph in what was her feature film debut. Identify this 1986 film about an apartment building slowly turned into a medieval forest by the title creature looking to recreate his mythical kingdom.
Between 1976 and 1977, American International Pictures released three films that shared titles with the works of H.G. Wells, but differed liberally from Wells original work. Identify any one of these three films that were all pretty equally bad: One starred Michael York as a shipwreck survivor opposite Burt Lancaster, one starred Joan Collins as a real estate agent/con artist trying to sell property down near sugar country in the South which is now menaced by large insects, while the third sees tourists to a Canadian island threatened by giant animals, including rats, who have fed on the title chemical.
