1964, originally: two boys escape their affluent, but unloving (and unloved) parents via a "bewitchin' pool".

1999.... and again in 2001: plans to say "See You Space Cowboy" once and for all to the Red Dragon Syndicate are put on hold indefinitely as Julia is murdered by an agent of Vicious.
2004: the three kids FINALLY shoot the ending for the first film they did together after subsequent attempts flop in front of a focus group of their friends.
2007: It starts with a funeral, and ends with a notorious dinner out in public with Journey on the jukebox.
2009: One-half of an old rival synchronized swimming team is eaten by a shark during a show, which provides Vivian and Lily with an opportunity to revive their career.
2012: the titular anti-hero fakes his death to spend the last five months of his best (some would say his only) friend's life touring the countryside on motorcycles.
2014: Eric & Pam kidnap Sarah and, in a flash-forward, use her blood to synthesize a cure for Hep V.
2015: after six years, the study group goes their separate ways with their former classmate (now teacher) imagining a nightmare scenario where he is the only one around for "season seven".
2016: technically not the final episode broadcast (there were two more), the guys make one more cement truck go away and send their "silent partner" off in a rocket sled, a farewell fit for a superhero.
