There's a reason food questions are my best trivia category. (Well, two reasons. I don't know much of anything else, so there isn't much competition for "best.") I don't cook, but I do eat. And, as a consequence, I also know a lot about losing weight. Here are some questions about diets I may or may not have tried myself over the years.

Originally more or less an exchange diet of the sort advocated by the American Diabetes Association, sometimes leaving you at the end of the day with an odd assortment of a bread, a meat, and half a fruit, this diet plan has morphed into something so completely different its founder, the former Jean Evelyn Slutsky, would not recognize it.
