This guy supposedly transferred to UIUC from Kansas after Wilt Chamberlain left, and he learned "The Stilt" would not be a teammate. At one point, this man owned the Phoenix Suns, the Phoenix Mercury, the Arizona Rattlers, and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Since 2005 this man has been the Director of USA Basketball. Identify this guy who, in 2015, was appointed by the NBA as Chairman of Basketball Operations of the Philadelphia 76ers in an attempt to clean up that trainwreck of a franchise.
