Question 6

This man is currently serving a life sentence for the involuntary murder of 8 federal officers and conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction. He is also waiting to serve 161 consecutive life sentences for 160 counts of first degree murder and one count of fetal murder (which Guinness has certified as a world record). Its debatable if this man got off easier than his fellow co-conspirator who died of lethal injection in 2001. Identify this man who was convicted thanks to the testimony of friend Michael Fortier, but escaped the death penalty given to Timothy McVeigh, mostly because he was at home in Kansas when the bomb he helped construct was detonated by McVeigh in front of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on 19 April 1995.
