Another famous resident from Chicago's South Side is Larry Hoover. Hoover was one of the founders of the Gangster Disciples, and was running them from his prison cell in Illinois when he was arrested by federal agents in his prison cell for crimes he was continuing to commit. Hoover was a believer in team work, and before he was incarcerated, helped to band together many smaller gangs under this banner group, a group that was often opposed by "People Nation". Often represented by devils' horns and pitchforks, name this "nation" of affiliated gangs.
