Jeff Fort, founder of the Blackstone Rangers (later the El Rukn street gang) can not only claim that he was the only street gang member to be invited to Richard Nixon's inauguration, but perhaps the only street gang leader in history to be subpoenaed to appear before Congress to explain how grant money they had given the gang was apparently being misused (you read all of that correctly). Fort also got convicted for taking money from this government to commit terrorist acts, though theft of uranium was not part of the charges Fort ever faced. Name this nation that saw a regime change in October 2011.
