Name the minimalist composer of this piece, created in the late 60's, which is probably the first instance of an R&B song ("You're No Good" by The Harvey Averne Dozen) being used as source material for a cutup. Around the same time, he recorded the album A Rainbow in Curved Air, and its use of electronics inspired many rock musicians, including Pete Townshend, who named one of his most famous tracks partly after this composer.
