I think the Dolphins were 3-10-1 the year before I got to Miami; and then we went 10-4 the next year and got beat in the first playoff game ... and then , you know, we got into the Super Bowl, then we got in and won it and won back-to-back Super Bowls, so there was a lot of success early.
