Two answers required. On April 3, 2014, and May 12, 2014, Obama declared emergencies with respect to civil wars in two African countries. One has faced civil war since December 2013 (in other words for most of its independent existence), the other since 2012 (pitting Muslim Séléka forces against Christian (and some Animist) anti-Balaka, or "anti-machete"). Please name both countries, whose capitals are Juba and Bangui, respectively.
