The "Sad UVA Fan" meme was created in the wake of this Notre Dame quarterback throwing a game winning touchdown pass in a September 2015 game. Said quarterback is now trying to earn the backup role to Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay after staring 15 games with the Browns last year.
