This is the logo for this European car company, formerly known as Laurin & Klement, that has a famous "works" in Central Europe. At one time they produced a car called the Felicia until 2001, when they said "bye" and replaced it with Octavia (go ahead of boo at that joke- you know you want to). It is now part of the VW Group.
