When Cobra got sick of Cobra Commander's incompetence, they had Dr. Mindbender create a genetically engineered emperor to take his place named Serpentor. Serpentor's DNA was taken from a number of great historic military leaders, but obtaining DNA from one of their target's was thwarted by a member of G.I. Joe, and that Joe's DNA was used in its place. Name either the Chinese general whose DNA Cobra never got, a general who (if he ever existed) led and wrote toward the end of the Warring States Period, or the man born Robert Remus who foiled Cobra and was associated with a maneuver called the Cobra Clutch.
