One of the more bizarre and hilarious national anthem incidents came, perhaps inevitably, at the 2012 Emir of Kuwait International Shooting Grand Prix when the wrong version of this nation's national anthem was played. Which nation won the women's event, and must have been mortified when a song was played that included lines that noted their superior potassium exports, the Tinshein swimming pool, and that they were friend to all, except Uzbekistan.
