Unrelated to (but not unlike) my confusion regarding this Tom Hanks fellow, I have no idea what dogs are. That's neither here nor there, but great swaths of this buddy-cop comedy starring Reginald VelJohnson and Mare Winningham are completely unintelligible to me.
