ToH V featured the segment "Time and Punishment" in which Home manages to damage the space time continuum with a time machine, and then tries to set things right. He eventually ends up in a reality that appears right, until he notices that his family members have a much larger body part than usual. What part of the body is much larger than usual in this reality, though Homer isn't too bothered, noting "eh, close enough.".
