This man is the only player in NFL history to play in three Super Bowls in three different decades for the same team. Usually a left guard, he was best known for his powerful blocks on sweeps, however became better known to later generations of fans for leading the NFL Players' Association through the 1987 strike and the bargaining of the salary cap and modern free agency. His uniform number 63 was retired by the Raiders in 1987. Name this Hall of Fame offensive lineman.
