It talks about the counter revolution "buying up fantasy" and leaves the singer to lament on "All the crap we had to take/ Bombs and basement fallout shelters/ All our lives at stake." (As a sidenote, the band was worried the word "crap" would be somewhat offensive to some people...they are Canadian after all).
