NAME THE MOVIE in which the following could be deemed to be a fair plot synopsis: A Harvard-trained attorney journeys to Washington, D.C., to have his/her say about animal rights, but is ignored by every politician he/she encounters and quickly learns that the White House can be even tougher to navigate than the Ivy League. Finally, the attorney makes the acquaintance of sympathetic representative, who helps the young lawyer get his/her foot in the door of Congress. Unfortunately, that attorney still has to convince the entire legislature to hear him/her out on animal rights.
